Product Description
We have 3 different models of convection ovens or fan forced electric ovens available for hire. All of the units are large commercial ovens and will take full size gastronorm pans GN 1/1. The 15A Turbofan ovens have a digital display showing both time and temperature and take 4 x GN1/1 trays; the 10A Turbofan ovens are the same overall size, they take 3 x GN1/1 trays, they both have a single direction low-velocity fan. The 15A Jemi oven’s take 4 x GN1/1 trays and have twin fans.
